FAQ

If you encounter the following situations,

1. if the received product does not match the ordered item, or

2. if quality problems are found during consumption,

please call (02)-2932-3678 or provide a photo of the goods and email it to service@bluemagpietea.com. At the same time, please be sure to maintain the original condition of the goods so that we can look into the subsequent replacement order for you.

7-day evaluation and refund period:

According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, fresh food is not subject to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and is not eligible for the 7-day evaluation and refund period.

Food products that meet "The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales" Article 2, Paragraph 1, “The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate, with fairly short shelf life, or expire rapidly at the time to rescind the contract”, are excluded the 7-day right to rescind, and is not subject to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, product returns are not accepted. Please confirm that the product is what you need before placing an order, thank you.

Fresh food is not subject to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and does not enjoy a 7-day day evaluation and refund. Meat and other frozen foods or fresh goods, due to their perishable nature and limited shelf life, are not eligible for return and exchange, except in cases of defects in the product itself or damage caused during transportation. Please consider carefully before placing an order and feel free to ask us any questions beforehand! Once unsealed, consumed, subject to temperature changes, stored improperly, or other handling that cause the product to deteriorate on the consumer side, we regret that we will be unable to process any request for returns or exchanges!

Jinxuan/Wenshan Paochong/Oriental Beauty/Four Seasons Spring/Buddha's Hand Oolong leaves & tea bags: 2 years after the manufacturing date

Shipping times:

Shipment will be arranged within three to five working days from the day after the order is successfully placed. Please also pay attention to the shipping notification messages.

Invoice issuance:

We cherish resources and advocate the reduction of paper use. We use electronic invoices and will send you a copy of the invoice by email. If you have other requirements regarding invoices, please note it on the order form.
