Ordering and Payment

Purchase Process

Log in to Facebook or your membership account, select product(s) to add to shopping cart check out cart item(s), entering delivery and payment methods  confirm recipient information  submit the order, confirming payment  order completed (wait for delivery)

Payment Methods

Credit Card:

Fill in: credit card number, card expiration date, credit card security code, cardholder name, and mobile phone number.

Confirm that the information is correct and click "Pay Now".

Enter the SMS verification code received on your mobile phone and click "Submit Verification".

*Note that if the information is filled in incorrectly or the screen operation takes too long (such as more than five minutes), it will be considered a payment failure by ECPay.

ATM Virtual Code Payment:

Within 7 days, bring the code to a physical ATM location or online bank with a "payment" function, select the payment button, and confirm whether the remittance account number and amount are correct.

After the payment is successful, ECPay will send a message to the consumer's email inbox. If you do not receive this message, please contact us for further inquiry.

Online ATM:

A card reader is required to read the bank card. The web browser will ask you to install the WebATM component for the first time. After installation, return to the original payment screen to complete payment.

Convenience Store Code:

You can go to a convenience store multimedia transaction machine (7-11 ibon or FamilyMart FamiPort kiosks) to enter the code, print the payment receipt, and pay in cash at the counter.
