Notice of delivery charges

Shipping fees are categorized by room temperature and refrigerated product shipment methods.

Refrigerated products can be purchased along with room temperature products.

Room temperature shipment products include: Tea-related products, Leopard Cat Rice, and toasted rice crisp products

Home delivery–shipping fees are calculated based on weight:

Total weight of goods is 7.2 kg (inclusive) or less, shipping fee is NT$150

Total weight of goods is more than 7.2 kg, shipping fee is NT$170

Convenience store pick-up–shipping fee:For general room temperature products, the shipping fee is NT$80.

If purchasing Leopard Cat Rice (white rice and brown rice), due to the convenience store weight limit of 5 kg, only 3 1.8 kg bags (inclusive) or less can be selected for purchase. If purchasing more than 3 bags (inclusive), please choose the Home Delivery option.

Mail pick-up–shipping fee:Only tea and toasted rice crisp products can be sent via freight mail, and the shipping fee is NT$80.

Refrigerated products–Leopard Cat Sweet Fermented Jiuniang (Amazake):Due to the cold chain delivery system limitations, convenience store pick-up is not available.

Only T-Cat refrigerated shipping is available, and the shipping fee is NT$160.

For 4 bottles (inclusive) or more, the shipping fee is NT$180.

Offshore delivery

Only the following off-shore locations are available for delivery:

1. Penghu County–Magong City, Xiyu Township, Baisha Township, Huxi Township

2. Kinmen County–Jinsha Township, Jinhu Township, Jinning Township, Jincheng Township, Lieyu Township

3. Lienchiang County–Nangan Township, Beigan Township, Juguang Township, Dongyin Township

Room temperature products: $300 per item (box)

Refrigerated products: $350 per item (box)

Taiwan Blue Magpie Tea/Leopard Cat Rice Offices: 5F, No. 88-5, Section 5, Roosevelt Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City (near the entrance of the National Taiwan Normal University Gongguan Campus)

Public transportation Turn left at Exit 4 of Wanlong MRT Station and walk for about 6-8 minutes. The building is downstairs from Xiao Shang Pin Hot Pot and Double-A Printing Shop.
