春茶尾聲臨花香　Spring Tea with a Floral Finish

立夏前，是收春茶的重要時節，採收後經過36小時工序，因此常整夜難眠。但這常是農家一年大半的收入。

採收尾聲，曬過的竹簍上仍飄著淡淡花香，這是文山包種茶的獨特滋味 – 花香茶。

 

Right before the summer arrives is the best time to harvest spring tea.
Afterwards, the leaves need to be further processed within 36 hours, so the farmers cannot rest.
However, this specific tea production usually makes up most of the farmers’ yearly income.

At the end of the harvest, there is still a light fragrance of flowers lingering on the dried bamboo baskets.
It is the unique flavour of “Wenshan Baozhong Floral Tea”.
