After talking to the elderly, we discovered the art of stir-fried tea.
A method that is like grabbing a big heating pot to stir-fry the tea leaves.
It requires gentleness but also courage, modesty but also eagerness.

That is the peculiar making process of the ancient, stir-fried tea,
and it is a very fond memory of all the old tea masters. It reminds them of the rough
and simple movements of their fingers when setting free the tea fragrance.
